11 July- Departure of the participants

ATTENTION! All concerts are on the opening stages! The organizers reserve the right to introduce corrections regarding the dates of the manifestations and the hours, indicated in the preliminary program and do not bear a responsibility in case of force majeure circumstances, as well as in case of bad weather conditions that can cause the break of the program.

2. REGULATION FOR THE PARTICIPANT OF FESTIVAL:

  1. In Festival can take part children and youth up to 21 years old (inclusive).
  2. In the festival “Magia Italiana” can take part participants exceed permissible age, after application from them and by the estimation of the organizers.
  3. Soloists and art formations (representatives of all kind of arts – vocal, dance, orchestras, circuses, folklore, majorette formations, demonstrations of east and others martial arts and others) sent application forms separately.
  4. Soloist must to pay participant fee 50 € and take part in minimum 2 (two) concerts. Perform in each concert must be lasting up to 3, 5 min.
  5. Art formations also take part in minimum 2 (two) concerts. Perform in each concert must be lasting up to 4 min.
    Those conditions are for every kind of stage performances.
  6. It doesn’t admit soloist to be member of formation /group.

The Festival is with competition character. International jury with 3 members will judge the participant, depending of genre of their performances, on the following criteria:

  1. Stage manners,
  2. Costumes,
  3. Technique of performance,
  4. Originality

The performances are by the participants’ choice, but must be correspondent at the age of performers and not contained opposition of ethnic, racial or other character.

Each participant sings up declaration, according which place his performances, during the Festival, at the Organizers disposal – for festival aims.

Excellent participants in Festival receive Diplomas and gifts. Will be given and the special prices for artistic, youngest performer, the best educational work and other.

All participants shall be given Diplomas

3. TECHNICHAL REQUIMENETS:

The music shall be recording on the CD (audio format) with perfect sound quality!

Up to 31 March 2011 participants must be send video and audio materials, for presentation potentialities of the participants, 2 art photos, and also information about participants’ festival program (name of the performs, authors, duration)!

4. APPLICATION DEADLINE:

Application forms shall be accepted until 30 April 2011 year by e-mail: iaa@abv.bg
Application forms shall be guaranteed by the advanced payment of 30 % from the amount on following account until 30 April 2011 year:

After the transfer of the indicate amount, please sand a copy of the bank document confirming the effected transfer by e-mail.

Attention:

The advance payment of 30% of the amount, are using for the reservation in the hotels and it is no subject to refund in case that participant are not come to festival by owing to circumstances beyond organizers’ control.
The rest part of payment shall be paid after arrival, before the accommodation.
Conditions for participate in festival will be negotiate additionally, lapse of time for application or after finishing the quota.
Application forms shall be accepted only by accompanied by properly filled application form, attached to the present offer.
Upon the arrival at the festival participants must provide a copy of the present offer, declaration of rights and full list of arrival persons - full names and date of births.

5. ACCOMMODATION:

We offer accommodation in hotels - rooms with 3,4,5 and 6 beds with private bathroom to each room

Attention:

The participants will be accommodate after 14 o’clock, after payment participant fee and after extend full list of arrival persons - full names and date of births.
In the departure day the rooms must be free before 12 o’clock.

For groups consisting in more than 20 people the participation of the 21st is for free!

6. PARTICIPANTION FEES:

Accommodation in hotel *** in Torre Pedrerra/Rimini - upon request for such accommodation

328 € per children /up to 16 years old/*, 348 € par adult

This is fee per person and the sum includes: participation in festival, technical securitization of festival (stenography, sound, light, TV broadcasting, and primary festival preparation); 7 nights in youth base with 3 time feeding (breakfast, lunch and dinner – depending of time for concerts have possibilities for lunch or dinner pocket).

* everyone, who is 16 years old to the beginning of festival, is considered for adult

Visiting of the parks “Oltramare” and “Aquafan”, and travel to the Venice will be paid additional.

COMPETITION FEES:

For soloists - 50 €

For groups, ensembles, formations, choirs, orchestras – 5 € per person

7. INVITATION:

To receive an official invitation, which will facilitate the obtaining of visas for the Republic of Italy you must promptly send us: a list of the passengers (performers, managers, companions, bus drivers) with their full names, dates of birth and the valid passport numbers, also post address, on which will be send invitation not late from 30 April 2011 year. By your choice invitation may be send by:

  • ordinary post services
  • courier DHL / the costs are covered by the participants/

8. TRANSPORT:

Every participant should tend to his own transport to and from the places of accommodation and to places from festival and contests evenrs.

The transfers from the airports, railway stations, etc. to the places of accommodation and the return are carried out by the organizers on preliminary request from the participants. The amount of the transfer depends on the place of arrival and departure and on the number of persons.

9. GENERAL TERMS:

  1. Application form will be admitted only with a fully-filled form for participation, attached to the present offer and materials sent by e-mail or regular mail, reflecting the performances of everyone who wishes to participate! On the arrival the participants are required to submit a copy of the present offer, declaration of right and a copy of bank documents, confirms advance payment.
  2. The leaders of groups are responsible for eventual accidents and contusions of the participants during their performances on stage, as well as during their whole stay in Italy.
  3. Participants and accompanying persons must to have Health insurance.
  4. The leaders of groups are responsible for the behavior of the members of their art groups during the initiative.
  5. The participants are responsible for their costumes, stage properties and personal belongings.
  6. The artistic and business contacts on the territory of Italy are made exclusively from IAA “Europe”. The participants must sign a Declaration with which they grant the rights on the AUDIO and VIDEO recordings for the aims of the festival and the competitions that are held as part of it.
  7. The organizers reserve their right to take pictures, to register and to distribute the performances from the program of the competitions and the festival without paying for rights or compensations
  8. The juries and the organizers reserve the right to decide which of those who have won First places in the competitions, along with the most attractive participants in the festival, will participate in the Gala concert, as well as with which part of the program they will present themselves.
  9. To the participants in the festival will be presented with diplomas.
